How to Earn H&L Rewards Points
As London's premier embroidery house we take pride in offering a wide range of products, intricate military accoutrements, enriching classes and much more. With our new Rewards Scheme you will now be able to earn points on all purchases made through the Hand & Lock store.
For every £1 spent get 10 H&L Rewards Points
With opportunities to earn additional points and exclusive discounts when referring friends, celebrating birthdays and by simply signing up.
Accumulate points to earn money off future purchases with Hand & Lock, along with offers exclusive to Rewards Scheme members.
Both new and existing customers will need to create an account to access their rewards points.
Spending Your H&L Rewards Points
Spending your points is just as easy as earning them!
Once you have collected enough points for your chosen discount just log in to your Hand & Lock Rewards page using the button in the bottom right corner of the page.
There, you will be able to redeem your points for a voucher to use on your next purchase.
Keep in mind, once you redeem your points for a voucher this will be taken off your point total and cannot be undone.
FAQ
What can I earn/spend my points on?
Points can be spent on any Hand & Lock products in store or on our website. This does not include bespoke services from our studio, events or account clients. Shipping costs and purchases made with a gift card will also not contribute to your points.
Will my points expire?
Points will automatically expire after 12 months of them being added to your account.
Redeemed vouchers also expire after 12 months from the date of redemption.
How do I view my points?
You can access your Hand & Lock Rewards account by clicking on the rewards button in the bottom right corner of the webpage.
What if my points haven't been added to my account?
Please allow 48 hours for points to appear in your account. If you are still having problems please contact us using the link below.
I haven't received a confirmation email
Please check your spam for your registration email and mark as not spam. If you haven't received an email and are unable to see your points feel free to contact us using the link below.
